Building the Outdoor
Destination
The Southwest
Is Ready For.

A $1.4 trillion wellness tourism market is converging on terrain like this. Tymmber Outdoor has spent nine years building the groundwork — in Sierra County, New Mexico, where the Black Range meets Elephant Butte Lake and the sky goes on forever. The digital world has its ecosystems. We're building the real one. We're looking for the right partners to build what comes next.

The terrain has always been here. The digital world has its ecosystems. This is the real one — and the market has finally arrived to meet it.

The Market

Three Forces.
One Terrain.

Outdoor adventure, wellness tourism, and regional economic development have been moving toward each other for years. In 2026, they are converging — and the geography that benefits most is austere, elemental, and accessible. Sierra County is all three.

$22B
Trail Running Tourism · 2033
Up from $11.2B today. Growing at 7.8% annually. Driven by health consciousness, adventure travel, and the integration of wellness and outdoor experience.
66%
Travelers under 35
Prefer active trips — hiking, trail running, cycling — over passive vacations. This is your fastest-growing, highest-spending audience.
175%
Wellness Spending Premium
Domestic wellness travelers spend 175% more than average tourists. They need somewhere to spend it that matches how they think about themselves.
$174B
Outdoor Events Economy
Outdoor festivals, endurance events, and supporting hospitality contributed $174B to U.S. GDP in 2024 and supported over 2 million jobs.
43%
All Travelers · 2025
Now actively seeking wellness-focused outdoor experiences — a category that barely existed five years ago and is rewriting the hospitality investment playbook.
$3.6B
New Mexico Outdoor Economy
Value added to New Mexico GDP in 2024. Growing at 5.3% compound annually. Sierra County sits at the center of this economy — and has been systematically underbuilt for decades.

The consumer has moved. The capital is moving. The question every hospitality investor, resort developer, and state tourism partner is beginning to ask is: which terrain, which operator, and which infrastructure is positioned to grow with this moment? We believe Sierra County has the answer — and we've spent years building the foundation to make that case. We'd like the chance to make it to you.

The first EV-first, solar-powered, carbon-neutral destination resort in the American Southwest. Three village sites at Elephant Butte Lake. Solar Hut primary accommodation. The T or C Personal Best Tri launches in 2028 — Run · Bike · Ride — with Individual, Family, Junior, and Multi-Gen divisions. Tymmber PB Tracking deploys checkpoint timing across every segment. The format is certified and licensed to communities across New Mexico and beyond. No winners. No losers. Every finisher earns a Personal Best that belongs to them forever.

ADVENTUR proves the market. The SRA names the place. The Resort captures the value. Personal Best events scale the format nationally. These are not four separate ideas. They are one story told in sequence — and Tymmber is the only organization building all four layers simultaneously.

Partnership

Who We'd
Like to Build With.

We're not looking for sponsors. We're looking for operators, investors, and institutions who see the same opportunity we see — and would want to be part of building it from the early stages, before it's obvious to everyone else.

🏕️
Outdoor Hospitality Operators
Lodges, glamping properties, and boutique outdoor accommodations in southern New Mexico who are open to exploring what a formal lodging partnership with ADVENTUR Events could look like. Our vision: ADVENTUR brings a qualified, wellness-oriented audience to the region, and local operators provide the overnight infrastructure that turns an event weekend into a multi-night destination stay. We'd love to hear from you if this resonates.

Resort & Hospitality Developers
The Carbon Free Resort at Elephant Butte is an exploratory concept we're actively developing — three village sites, Solar Hut primary accommodation, EV-first infrastructure designed for the wellness traveler. We're in early stages and genuinely open to the right development conversation. If you work in destination hospitality and see potential in underserved Southwest terrain, we'd welcome a dialogue.

State Tourism & Economic Development
The Sierra County SRA proposal represents work we've put into the policy framework — draft bill, director's brief, committee talking points. Sierra County is a natural Río Grande Trail Gateway Community candidate. The trail corridor, the lake system, the dark sky terrain — the assets are genuinely world-class. What we're hoping to find is a state-level partner willing to explore whether the designation and private sector infrastructure could be built together.

Impact & Outdoor Economy Investors
Tymmber Outdoor is a pre-seed company with nine years of field R&D, 30,000+ documented trail miles, and a multi-pillar ecosystem spanning hardware, events, content, education, and community. The ADVENTUR events business is the near-term revenue engine. The resort and SRA are the long horizon value creation. The Casita is the accommodation infrastructure. This is a complete outdoor economy platform — not a single product.

What's Already Built

More Than a Concept.
Here's the Foundation.

We're pre-seed, and we want to be honest about that. What we can show you is that the foundational work across every layer of this ecosystem is real, documented, and already in motion — not placeholder slides. Apple, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft built the digital ecosystem. Tymmber is building the real-world one — and the architecture is the same: hardware, content, events, education, community, and a monetization layer that runs through all of it.

"The digital world has its ecosystems. Tymmber is building the real one. The question isn't whether Sierra County has the assets — it does. The question is whether the right partners are ready to build on them before someone else notices the white space."
