George Stephen built 50 by hand and sold every one. We're building 100. Each one numbered. Each one named. Each one carrying nine years of field R&D in 255 engineered parts. SC 001 through SC 100 — and then the molds open.
He was a welder, not a designer. He looked at buoy molds and saw a better grill. He built 50 of them — by hand — and priced them at $49.95 when the competition sold for $7. People bought them because they worked. By 1959 he employed 12 men building 15,000 units a year. The Weber kettle is now one of the most recognized product designs on earth. He never set out to change outdoor cooking. He just refused to accept the compromise the industry had stopped questioning.
Same origin. Same question — what would it take to cook like home, outside? Nine years of field R&D. 30,000 miles traveled. 1,000 nights outdoors. 255 engineered parts. The RAAK began as a kitchen. It became a platform. The first 100 units will be assembled by hand, one at a time, in Sierra County, New Mexico — each one numbered, each one carrying the build log of the person who made it. SC 001 through SC 100. Then the molds open and production scales. These are the ones that were there first.
SC 001 through SC 100. Assigned sequentially in reservation order. Your number is stamped on the unit, documented in the build log, and registered to your name in the Tymmber founding record. Not a batch number. A name.
Permanent · Non-transferable serialThe RAAK is designed to be repaired by its owner. Parts available for a minimum of ten years beyond production. The Founding 100 carry a lifetime warranty — because a product built by hand deserves to be guaranteed for the life of the person who owns it.
Design Canon · Principle 02Ten percent off every Tymmber product and service for life — beginning at reservation. As the ecosystem grows to KADDY, CASITA, STUMP, SOLOPOD, and beyond, your SC10 applies to all of it. Plus additional founding-member percentage applied at launch.
Begins at reservation · All productsFounding members receive early access to product development — prototype updates, field test results, next-generation previews, and direct input into the product roadmap. You were here when the molds were still in development. You get to help shape what comes next.
Sovereign Circle · Special AccessThere is a version of this company that waited for a factory minimum order, a distribution deal, and a launch event. This is not that version. The first 100 RAAKs will be assembled by hand, one at a time, by the people who designed them — in Sierra County, New Mexico, the same terrain that produced nine years of field R&D. Your unit will carry a build log. It will carry your number. It will carry the fingerprint of the person who put it together. When the molds open and production scales, the Founding 100 will be the ones that were there when it was still being built by hand. That is not a limited edition. That is a founding document.
Sovereign Circle members receive first access to the pre-order queue when it opens in August — before the general public. Your member dashboard tracks your reservation, your unit number, and your SC10 discount status across all Tymmber products.
